This month I had the pleasure of presenting three lectures at the 28th Annual Conference of the British Menopause Society on the subjects of menopause in the workplace, menopause training and education for GPs, and treating women with early menopause.

Work is now well underway at Winton House, Stratford-upon-Avon, soon to be home to the Newson Health Menopause & Wellbeing Clinic.

I am so thrilled to announce that this website has been voted number two (after Meg’s Menopause) for the best UK menopause websites from thousands of UK Menopause sites.

This is Winton House in Stratford-upon-Avon which is where I am going to have my menopause and wellbeing centre. There are going to be other GPs working there with me.

With two-thirds of us overweight or obese, and all of us ladies facing the menopause at some stage, the double whammy of weight-loss struggles and menopausal woes is going to face the majority of us.

I ran this course a few weeks ago and the feedback was so positive I have arranged more dates.
