Women 'at risk of becoming suicidal' as HRT shortage worsens

The recent and ongoing shortage of HRT in pharmacies across the country could push some menopausal women to suicide, claims menopause campaigner, Diane Danzebrink in an article published in the Independent today.

Whilst the Department of Health and Social Care acknowledge how distressing the shortage is for women prescribed with HRT to help alleviate often crippling symptoms of the menopause, there doesn't seem to be any word as to when the shortage will end.
