Groundbreaking case sees menopause classed as 'disability' by tribunal

A recent case has had ground-breaking results and made several steps forward in the fight for menopause awareness in the workplace. Mandy Davis took her employers to court after a wrongful dismissal with the results meaning that particular debilitating menopausal symptoms can now be classed as a disability.
