Can HRT Protect Against COVID-19?

This article from Liz Earle Wellbeing Magazine looks at new research from Dr Louise Newson and delves into the topic of female hormones and Covid-19. Dr Newson's research analysed the electronic health records of nearly 70,000 patients who tested positive for COVID-19, from 17 countries, and found that women taking HRT were more than 50% less likely to die from COVID-19 compared to women not taking HRT.
